“I help align people’s needs with the organization’s goals.”

01. MY PERSPECTIVE

You don't need a crisis to start taking care of a team

“To sense what isn’t always visible and know what to do with it”

My training in psychology taught me to look beyond the obvious: to understand what lies behind our actions and how we relate to one another.

When I applied this perspective to organizations, I discovered that many of the questions remain the same: what builds trust, how teams function, and what people need to move forward.

That’s where Psychology and People & Culture intersect.

02. SKILLS THAT ARE DEVELOPED THROUGH LIVING

Not everything we contribute professionally stems from our work experience

“Beyond the Usual Soft Skills”

There are skills that can’t be forced or learned from a manual. They’re developed when you step outside your comfort zone, take risks, and learn to cope with discomfort.

“These are the skills that are now part of my work style”

Adapting to new environments has taught me to make decisions independently, find solutions, and move forward even when I don’t have all the answers.

Living alongside people from different cultures has taught me to listen to other perspectives, to observe before interpreting, and to appreciate different ways of working and interacting.

Interacting with people from different backgrounds and with different experiences has taught me to pay attention to what lies behind a situation and to take into account perspectives that aren’t always obvious.

Changes have taught me to adapt, question the status quo, and look for new ways to move forward.

“Skills gain value when they are put into action”

05. WHAT AM I LOOKING FOR IN MY NEXT CAREER STEP?

“It's time to take everything we've learned a step further”

After these years of learning, I want to continue growing in environments where People & Culture plays a strategic role and where people are involved in the decisions that drive an organization forward.

I am particularly motivated by international teams, diverse environments, and projects where I can contribute to employee experience, coordination, development, and well-being.

I am looking for an organization where I can contribute my experience, continue learning, and take on new challenges.
