01. IS THIS FOR ME?
You don't have to hit rock bottom to start taking care of yourself
“Listening to you in time can change the course of things”
01 You’re still getting by, but you stopped feeling good a long time ago.
02 Your mind never rests. It’s always anticipating what might happen.
03 There are emotions that come on so strongly that you don’t know how to deal with them.
04 Ever since you moved to a new country, a part of you is still trying to find its place.
02. INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
A place to understand what's going on with you
“Therapy does not aim to eliminate distress or provide quick answers”
A space focused on you, on where you are right now, and on what you need to understand. We’ll take a supportive and practical approach, seeking to understand what lies behind what you’re going through and to develop resources you can take with you beyond our sessions.
03. HOW DO I WORK?
I tailor the therapy to your personal history
“Combining the tools that work best for you”
We’ll identify how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, and we’ll work to change the patterns that are causing your distress, construyendo formas más saludables de interpretar y afrontar lo que te sucede.
You’ll learn to relate to your emotions in a different way, accepting what you can’t change and making decisions that are more in line with what you need.
Every process is different, which is why I combine different tools and approaches to adapt to your story, your pace, and your goals, integrating the best of each model based on your needs.
Construiremos tu propio botiquín de recursos emocionales prácticos, para que sepas cómo cuidarte y sostenerte cuando la vida vuelva a doler, llevando contigo herramientas que te acompañen mucho más allá de la consulta.

Emotional First Aid Kit
“Some of your strengths are already within you. Others are yet to be discovered.”
When we have a physical injury, we know where to go.
When the pain is inside, we don’t always know how to take care of it.
Emotional wounds also need care.
You don’t always need the same things to get through a difficult time. That’s why, throughout the process, I’ll work with you to create your own emotional first-aid kit: a set of practical tools that you can recognize, use, and carry with you beyond our sessions.
Shall we start building yours?

06. Testimonials
Getting there was the easy part. The hard part was giving myself permission to be sad about what I was leaving behind. For months, I smiled on the outside while on the inside I felt like I was losing something I couldn't name.
I spent months going about my business as if nothing had happened. Until I realized that missing someone doesn't mean you're broken. Little by little, I stopped demanding that I be okay and started listening to myself.
I built a new life, but I was still searching for the one I had before. It took me time and tears to make this place my home. When I stopped comparing what I had with what I left behind, I began to feel like I belonged.
Anxiety would strike without warning and leave me gasping for air. I learned to spot it before it paralyzed me. Now I recognize it, name it, and move forward without letting it define me.
Living between two cultures left me feeling lost for a long time. Today, I don't have to choose; I can live in both. My identity is no longer divided—it expands.
There were days when I didn't want to get out of bed and others when I pretended to be okay. Little by little, I began to recognize again what kept me going. I learned that taking care of myself is also an act of courage.
The grief over what I left behind is still there, but it doesn't weigh on me the same way anymore. I carry it with me differently now—more lightly, more honestly. I've learned that missing something and moving forward can coexist.
I hid what I was feeling until it took over my inner self. Now I can put a name to it in time, without guilt and without rushing. That small change transformed everything.
I used to think that adapting meant forgetting where I came from. I realized that it meant fitting in without losing myself. My story no longer gets in the way—it’s there to support me.
I moved for work, and everything familiar left with me. It took a while to find meaning again, but I got there. Today, this place is mine too—not just the one I left behind.
I felt my identity dissolving between two worlds that never quite fit together. It was hard for me to stop choosing and start simply being. Today, I recognize myself in both, without giving in to either.
Moving to a new country reopened wounds I thought had healed. Working through them with support restored a sense of calm I didn't realize I needed. I learned that healing isn't about erasing; it's about integrating.
